I went to AutoZone to buy a new battery for my car because AAA told me I needed one after restarting my car, expecting to buy it from them. When I arrived, I explained that I needed a new battery. The lady who attended me suggested testing the battery first instead of simply selling me a new one. Bryan was very professional and tested the alternator as well, if I’m not mistaken—I don’t know much about cars! Tonight we came about an hour before closing, and Brian here at AutoZone, was kind enough to help us out. He was so personable, kind, and especially helpful! He explained exactly what was wrong with my car’s battery, before changing it. If you are ever in the area and need to go to Auto Zone, I definitely recommend asking for Brian!
