I came in for my Cadillac I needed a battery and a temperature sensor. I was impressed the guy even knew what size the bolts were. Great service never had an issue here and this is my go to spot.
I recently visited AutoZone in Fair Lawn, and I have to say, the experience was excellent. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable—they took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me find the exact parts I needed. One thing I really appreciate is the free battery testing and charging service. I wasn’t sure if my battery was bad, but they tested it right there and confirmed it needed a replacement. Great service. Not one to write reviews but this Autozone team blows the other AutoZone’s in the area out of the water. North Bergen and Fairview need to take notes on customer service. And maybe an attitude adjustment while they’re at it!
Terrible service and very disrespectful. I would recommend not going to this autozone.
