I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I went in because I needed a new battery for my car. The employee who assisted me told me that Group 35 batteries were the correct ones for my vehicle and pointed them out. He then stood there with his hands in his pockets. Not great. Crazy experience. Bought a remanufactured caliper on 8/1......froze up after a few weeks..,.I removed it n put in a new one. Brought the dud back for a refund yesterday 9/4.....mgr was like ok but u don't have the bracket it came with. Just come back with the bracket. Today I removed the bracket off the car and paired it with their caliper. Ok I get that. No prob. Today I bring it back to this same store where I bought it. Mgr from yesterday not there. This place rules! Great staff and always spotless. Update-Nathan was very helpful with my headlight bulb today!
Had a great experience after coming here to get the stuff needed for my oil change. Manger Danny took me right away asked for the year, make, model and got me my oil with the bundle. Was out of there in less than 6 minutes. Very helpful staff here.
