My brakes mostly quit working last night, and I was able to get to this Autozone. They let me leave the car there overnight for me to work on it in the morning. I didn't catch their names, but the opening manager (4/24/25) and the older gentleman with some grey streaks were both extremely, extremely helpful and kind. They helped exchange for the correct brake pads, find me the right size bolts, and helpled me borrow a brake bar and a manual vacuum pump for the brakes. Really bad attitude employee, customer satisfaction is zero.
Been dealing with them for 2 weeks on a part that was under warranty and you can't even get a phone call back. Customer service is bottom of the barrel.
