A blonde woman who said was the manager was not helpful and could not speak english only spanish, She was rude and very mean.
Manager was not willing to help and the district manager Martha was EXTREMELY and utterly rude!
staff is so unprofessional and they pick and choose who they wanna help. i walk in just to see what the cause of my check engine light is and there’s 4-5 employees just having a conversation . i’m told they can’t do it and id have to do it myself? this is probably like the 3rd time i was told no one could do it for me when in reality i always see 3-4 employees not doing anything but having a convo amongst eachother. Im on hold for 15 mins for a simple product check if its available gor pick up or not and she put me on hold and I'm still holding lol I could've driven there and asked in person might be faster but then reading the comments OMG really terrible customer service. Explains the over 15 mins on hold.
