I’m only giving 2 stars because one employee actually did their job — the rest were terrible. I was sent to three different AutoZone locations for a battery replacement in 3-degree weather. When I finally arrived at the Garfield location, I stood inside for about 15 minutes before anyone helped me. A female employee came out, had me turn the car off, confirmed the battery was dead (which I already knew), then told me she didn’t know how to install it and claimed I’d need a mechanic because parts had to be removed from the en... read more
Horrible customer service sadly disappointed how I was treated here went in causally and went to check out and young kids were just having a conversation as if I wasn’t there.When l asked for something that was lock up in display young man gave me attitude and when I paid he didn’t give me my items I had to bend forward in the counter to get my item.Truly sad
