i was purchasing a battery for my wahl home product.I unfortunately interacted with this obnoxious individual he stated he was the sore manager his name is marcos.he was extremely rude and completely unprofessional.as ui walked into the store he was on the phone for at the minimum 10 minutes.he did not know the difference between a double a battery and a triple a battery.He was totally unable to help me find the product i needed.
Horrible Customer service Marcelo was very nasty the way he talk never try to help or do the job .

I walked in at 5:12pm with battery issues, asked them to test it for me. Test concluded it was bad, walked out at 5:23pm with a new battery installed! I was so impressed, no nonsense, no trying to oversell me. Gerard was great! Will always recommend this location! Quick, efficient and professional! Thank you!
Needed a new battery for my Tuscon & needed to have it installed. Jose was awesome! It was only 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time he had me start my vehicle. Jose was pleasant & professional throughout the visit. I highly recommend this AutoZone & Jose!
