I went to this store on a Sunday afternoon with my son. There were at least seven guys working there including one who was identified as the manager. With one other customer in the store, nobody offered to help. I found the product I was looking for (Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover) and went to check out. I asked if it worked (it does) and the guy at checkout said No. He also said the only way to remove road tar was to use a razor blade and dig it off the car. Read that again. Just went in to get a replacement for my battery cable clamp. Jacob Currie (SP) was extremely helpful in helping me find the right part & explaining to me what needed to be done in order to replace it. He gave me helpful tips/tricks to make sure I would be able to replace it safely & with confidence. Stellar employee!!
