Staff was super helpful and super friendly… I came in to swap out a battery and just by bad luck the terminal broke and the manager was very happy to try to help me… Definitely got some brand loyalty here now
I'm a frequent customer of Autozone in another location and have shopped at the Independence store a numbe of times. On a day it was pouring down rain, the battery in my van needed a jump. Jessica at the Independence store was knd enough to provide jumper cables and come outside and assist in the jump. After it was started, she also tested the battery to make sure it was charging correctly. I ended up not purchasing anything that day, but will definitely be shopping again at Autozone.
