The customer service at this location has gone down hill. I don't know if there was a management change or what. Either way I do not like this store anymore
Went to get windshield wipers replaced there were two girls working there on said she couldn’t put them on cause her nails are to long the other one tired putting them in and broke them we had to go to a different place return the wipers and have someone who knew what they were doing install them. this is ridiculous how are you gonna hire people who don’t know what there doing and can’t do the job cause there nails are to long please avoid this location at all costs they will cause more damage rather than it being fixed.
Have dealt a lot with the manager Juan and have given him and his store many chances — I’ve had eagle mountain autozone as my go to for a while here. He is cold and dismissive, which makes him come across as arrogant and hostile — makes me feel like when I come in, I’m a burden to him and unwanted in his store Never failed to be clear I was unimportant and your needs unaddressed. Reminder to never go back and warning to my neighbors
