Shane does not know anything around the store and is super unhelpful and not familiar at all with the auto zone system, they need to hire new people at this location
Dominic treated my father and I so rudely. We went to the store to purchase a correct caliber (mistakes were made, but that is okay) DOMINIC would not sell us one. When I told him there was no need to get hostile he said I am not getting hostile, he spoke loudly to me and refused to sell us a part. After calling him out on the way he was treating us, he said “ you can go buy this at another store” this is when his coworker stepped in and helped us. Today, December 5, 2025, this is the first and last time I will go to this place. I asked the supervisor on duty to come with me to my car so he could see a hose I wanted to buy, and he said NO. Next time I'll go to the one in Saratoga. The reputation of a business retail begins with the personal treatment you give to your customers.
