Got my order. Issac also went out of his way to help me figure out what the oil filter was for my old motorcycle. i very much appreciated it.
The guy who helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. While we did go in closer to closing time we still had an hour until they closed. He was short tempered and almost seemed annoyed. Was not a great experience
Edit: The management has been changed and the service is back to its awseome self. I highly recommend this store The customer service at this location has gone down hill. I don't know if there was a management change or what. Either way I do not like this store anymore
This auto zone is so bi-polar. Been going here since it opened. I feel like I’ve experienced super helpful employees who are happy to help and then teenage girls and disgruntled middle age men who hate customers and treat us like it’s a burden we came in. I’ve had some super knowledgeable employees help me out and others have no clue what is going on and treat me like an idiot and are super degrading.
