Emily is the worst store manager I’ve ever encountered. Treats customers like a they are an issue and hates to be there. Double charged me for an item that was returned and refused to assist in a refund. If you don’t like your job, or worse yet won’t do it. Then leave? I literally had to file a dispute with my bank after being threatened by Emily “for causing a scene”. On a Monday night after filling my truck up with gas at the BP, my fuel pump went out. As I was trying to diagnose the issue before knowing what it was Trent came over after assisting another customer to try and help me. After diagnosing it was the fuel pump he assured me I could park it in the AutoZone parking without being towed. While I was calling for a ride, Trent (unknown to me) went inside to search for a replacement fuel pump. And actually had it in stock at the same location!
