WARNING!!!! after checking compatibility on line. i purchased an Innova 7111 scanner. On 1st use, it showed that a dodge had already been scanned,,,,,,, OK,,,,, so it wasnt brand new. I’ve been your customer since 2018 and have owned cars for the past 20 years. Today, the guy at the front desk tried to explain that my 3-month-old battery draining to 0 every morning and needing a jump start is normal for this weather. Really? Are you guys doing the same thing every morning with your cars? They made me wait for more than an hour just to say they didn’t know and refused to replace the battery. Can’t trust a word any of the employees here. I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent, careless group of people in a supposedly “hub” store. They told me the Commercial Department closes at 6 PM — but if you’re not there by 5, they’ll treat you like an inconvenience for showing up at all. Then they gave me the wrong parts. When I went back to exchange them, I got attitude and was asked why I didn’t come during commercial hours… maybe because when I did, they couldn’t get it right the first time!
