I came in today needing to get my battery checked (it was dead this morning), and the team offered me excellent service in checking the battery (turns out it was at the end of its life) and getting a new battery installed so that I could get back on the road. Cesar, the store manager, was especially helpful to me and made several trips out to my car in the parking lot to help me diagnose the issue and even help me check my alternator after the new battery was installed. Isabella was so helpful and educated me. She was very kind and understanding.
Not Only did I get the proper parts I needed for my car , but I was offered a ride back to my car that had broke down a mile away, after getting the car to the autozone the lead on shift checked my check engine light and found the issue and went about ways I could fix the problem then fixed the problem for me. These guys deserve a raise lmfao Thanks A ton to the Monday closing team you guys are amazing people.
