Pam and Manny were super helpful and provided great customer service. Manny even helped me change out my battery. Definitely will be back to this location for my car needs.
This A/Z on Watt Ave is simply Rude, Arrogant, Faul and as long as the Regional Mgr -Tony refuses to make changes, I'm going to continue to "Boycott" this business, and I'm mean, "All Auto Zone Stores!" Tony, "do the necessary removal of "BAD EMPLOYEE'S" to make sure customers are treated with respect!
Great service. I have a bad back and battery. They came out and grabbed it. Helped me with the phone number and found I was still under warranty and the battery was defective. Didn't charge me a dime to replace and didnt try to sell me extra. Excellent service 9/17/25
