Extremely disappointing customer service. I was specifically referred to this location by another AutoZone to get my battery and alternator tested. The first store even called ahead to verify that the testing machine here was working, and the staff at this store confirmed it was. However, when I arrived, an older African American employee had a terrible attitude and outright refused to do the test for me. I walked in fully prepared to buy a new battery, a new alternator, or both for my Tundra, but because of this completely ... read more
I give this a 4 star only because the location is a little sketchy granite It is Long Beach, but the store is great it's huge and has all the supplies that I needed to keep my car maintained staff was beyond helpful but overall a cool spot
