First off all I’m saying is Samantha and the lady in the morning with black hair and glasses were amazing they made sure my battery replacement went super smooth, and such down to earth people.I’m just a security guard that just got off work dealing with a dead battery. W people forsure. Best AutoZone I’ve dealt with hands down.
I just went this store to return my idle air Control valve I just got it two days ago and I haven’t installed it. When I return it the Asian worker keep said I have been installed it which I didn’t and refuse to return it and talk to me really rude. I was like what. This is how they treat customer. By the way the store is on west lane Stockton. Just let people know how they treat customers and better spend money on some where else.
Old Asian man was being extremely rude because I didn’t go straight to return my item before looking and getting the piece I needed. I told him I understand and know how it looks and he still continued to be rude. I literally walked in with receipt and product in hand and told him I have the online receipt too. He replied he didn’t believe it, and proceeded to still check me out. Bro was having a bad day
good customer service.
