After shopping here for years I figure I should leave a review. Always have had a good experience here with staff, always courteous and helpful. Parts availability has been good, no one stocks everything but they are competitive. Good store and highly recommend it
I bought two parts that didn't fit, so I got wrong parts and after I to return them Eric said it's been 20 days and I have to come tmw to talk to the store manager. Just BS and opens up the doors for a lawsuit. I'll post here if tmw they don't accept.the 20$ parts.
On May 23, 2026, my dad went to AutoZone to buy a car part. Unfortunately, it ended up being the wrong part for his vehicle, so he returned the same day to exchange it. When he spoke to the manager, the manager began mocking my dad in English, assuming he could not understand the language because he is Hispanic. The manager repeatedly said my dad could not return or exchange the part and made rude comments about him. What kind of manager belittles a customer and talks badly about them right in front of them?
