Pedro was welcoming and took the time to help me address my problems from the moment I entered the store. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know if my concerns would be dismissed since it was my first time at this location, but I was pleasantly surprised. Pedro listened to what I shared about my cars issues, and then helped me select what I needed to resolve it. Christian was amazing, helpful and caring kid. A great asset to the company.
I needed a valve cover gasket and the store that the website says had them, didn't. That was it. I called the store on old orchard to see if they maybe had one at 8pm. They didn't but they said they could get me one by 10am the next day. Why didn't the other store offer me that. Well, I got a call before 10am and the part was in..I paid for it and picked it up. It was perfect. The old orchard store in Santa Clarita CA. Went the extra mile.. thank you.
