There’s a guy there with sunglasses on who is just plain rude and unhelpful. He said his name was Troy and when I came in to return something that didn’t fit he was starting to say you gotta have your receipt, but he noticed I had it in hand and then he said it has to be unopened. I asked him where does it say that he just throws the receipt back at me and says it’s in the back. It says it has to be an original packaging there’s nothing about being unopened. Wasn't too busy when I went here. One guy was extremely knowledgeable, I think he may have been the manager. The kid behind the counter, not so much, but I was happy to see him trying
