I can’t thank Brian and Jayden enough for their incredible service. I had gone to O’Reilly first, but unfortunately I didn’t receive much help. We leave Oreillys fuming. Spent, and too much money spent. We were given a week for our battery to live before we had to fend for ourselves, change it or die. It’s the final countdown. We walk into auto zone and are greeted by the warm and almost familiar face of Christopher D. We explain the situation and immediately he is baffled at how we’ve been treated thus far. Worst place, and the worst customer service for the Store Manager Guadalupe. Do not come to this location. She is really rude, and she has a bad attitude.
