They're very helpful, usually have the part I need.
I received very friendly and helpful service from a gentleman named Mustafa on Friday. I came in for a battery check after noticing error codes on my dashboard. Mustafa not only checked the battery, but also went the extra mile to resolve the issue using his expertise. He disconnected and reconnected the battery, which cleared the codes. I really appreciate his help and professionalism.
Rudeness and arrogance. I went there to buy a battery for my Ferrari. To get it sooner, they suggested I opt for the "express service" for an extra $12—which I did—and told me I would receive a text message as soon as it arrived. The battery did not arrive on the day I paid for, nor on any of the subsequent days. I called every day, but I was always told it hadn't arrived yet. On Monday, March 17, 2026, at approximately 11:45 AM, I visited your AutoZone store located at Rosemead Blvd. in Temple City, California. While at the store, your employee Lucas opened my Jaguar key fob to replace the battery. When he did so, he broke the internal bottom piece of the fob. I was not aware of this so I took the fob home just to discovered my key wasn't working properly.
