I went it for the free OBD scanner for a check engine light and Xavier (and everyone else) was amazing. They also recommended a mobile mechanic they work with, and he came to fix my car immediately (on a Sunday!)
This latest experience was a new low for me. I took my used oil to AutoZone for disposal, and purchased a new gallon of oil. The whole in-store experience was fine, cordial and all. I paid for the new gallon of oil, opted for email receipt and left. When I got home and had time to review my emails, I discovered that AutoZone had charged me for an additional item that I never brought to the counter nor received (STP fuel injector cleaner for $9.99)!
