Bad customer service! They don’t know anything.
I walked into Auto Zone on Imperial & Crenshaw and needed to check the lights on the dash...I met Johnathan who helped me out...after we found out what was wrong and got the printout we were about to leave and then the car wouldn't start...he came to check and then it was the battery was dead...had corrosion on the battery I had a pepsi so we did that...we ended up having to buy a new battery and he put it in for me...AWESOME customer service...Thank you
Very good attention, very friendly especially Sue and Ivonne, they attended me and were super understanding and solved my problems.
