My brake light sensor appeared on my dashboard to change. I watched a couple of videos so I wouldn’t have to take it to the dealership and pay an arm, leg and fingernail. I went to this autozone a little frustrated but Michael who works here helped me out sooooo much. He was knowledgeable, patient and his customer service was A-1. He assisted me to get the job done. Huge thumbs up to Norwalk AutoZone. I came in with a car battery I purchased November 2023, still in warranty. They gladly swapped it out for a new one. They told me they don't do the swap physically into your car, however, a helpful young man (Adam) did the swap for me. I am disabled, and wonderful acts of kindness I receive from AutoZone keeps me coming back for everything. Thanks again Adam and AutoZone for keeping me moving.
