Great experience. I bought wiper blades. She asked if I needed wiper fluid, I did and had forgotten about it. Excellent sales training there. The young lady put them on for me and offered to fill up the wiper fluid reservoir for me. She was so nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name.
Came in today and Ivet helped me with everything! Excellent customer service.
The other day my father in law, an elderly man, went into Autozone and told me about a young lady named Ivette there that went above and beyond to help him with his battery. She replaced it all by herself. She was very kind and left an exceptional impression towards my in law. She not only cared to explain his battery situation to him but also made him feel heard. He said she reminded him of my daughter, his granddaughter.
