Miss Amy was a great help and showed amazing customer service when I was buying parts for my car. However, I had a very sour experience trying to get a refund later that day. I had found the same parts and more in a set elsewhere and decided to drive over there 3 hours after my purchase for a refund. Given that the parts I bought were being sent through fed ex, I was asked if I would be willing to do the refund when it came in so it was "easier for them".
