Horrible customer service
I bought an iPhone charger, but it didn't work. I went back to ask for a refund, but they refused because it was an electrical product. (It's not electrical, it's technical.) Jessica or Jesenia, the supposed manager, refused to give a refund and also refused to give store credit. They need training on how to provide good customer service.
Excellent professional customer service by Jessica. She did an awesome job. Well-informed and knowledgeable in the alternator I bought from her. I will be coming back to shop here again.
