Very helpful and knowledgeable
Had a battery change with these guys. Aidan is a good employee, but I don’t understand why he had to let the lady worker do the actual battery change. It was obvious that she couldn’t do the job as she fumbled through the tools trying to remove the screws. After about 20 minutes trying to get the screws off, a 3rd employee, Sergio Ramirez, finally came out to help. Not enough employees to provide good quality customer service. No one assisted me for at least 10 minutes then I had to ask for assistance.
