Absolutely terrible customer service, especially from the manager who identified himself as Ramiro. I went in to replace a part covered under a lifetime warranty. An employee looked up my warranty, gave me the replacement, and told me to bring the old part back afterward. I paid a mechanic to install it, only to return and be told they couldn’t process it because THEIR employee had sold me the part under the wrong code. Went it to get my battery checked and replaced. Adam was great and helped me with my 2019 Lexus. Very professional and had good vibes. Never felt like he was bothered that he had to install the battery on the spot. My man deserves some recognition.
