Ive been a Autozone customer for close to 20 years and never once has anyone come out and replaced my battery for me. The last time (2021) I had to borrow tools from the guys inside to replace my trucks battery in the parking lot. That time was at the 4th and Frankford location and I thought their service was great because they were willing to lend me tools to get it done. Excellent customer service.
Great AutoZone. I was helped by a young blonde man who was very interested in what I was doing and helped me a great deal.
They checked my battery it was only charging to 70%. They looked at the warranty. The battery was out of warranty, by two years. He put in a new battery checked, the alternator in the starter. The check engine light that had been on for since 2019 went off.
They almost never have what I need at the 82nd store. They always send me to their main store.. quite an inconvenience. It's great for air freshners though
