This is "my" Auto Zone and that's only partly because it is close to my house. I always get great service here. Today was no exception. I failed to get the name of the gentleman who helped me with testing my old battery and selling me a new one, but he was very professional and very helpful. I ended up having to go back and try to find a part to finish the installation (totally my own fault). Abby could not have been more helpful, more patient, or more kind. Mandy and Benito are great.
Came in to buy a yellow top battery and customer experience was terrible. They just stood around the computers staring, no greeting or asked if I needed help with anything. The poor customer service I received was lackluster. Should've taken my business elsewhere.
I love This Paticular Autozone! Every employee works so hard to get parts delivered quickly but safely! Mandy is the most awesome person I have ever dealt with in the commercial side! Very knowledgeable and passionate about her job!!!! I love to give them a hard time but they love to deliver the hard time back to me! Thank you Autozone for the great team you created at this location!!!! Abby thank you for being great to us!
