Came in to replace my battery under warranty and it was an easy process. Excellent customer service from the store Manager Lindsey and store associate, Jacob. My Go to Auto zone in the Plano area.

Jessie is amazing and gave me EXCELLENT customer service tonight! It is over 100° outside but he was calm he was kind and he helped me resolve my car issue delivering the best customer service. I was so impressed with my experience that I decided to leave a positive review so please do something for him don't take employees like this for granted because I have experienced so much bad customer service at other places that when I see good customer service I have to celebrate it.
