Rebeca was so much help. Best service from an auto parts store I have ever had.
So I went in and received no help infact they told me “google exists” and pulled up a YouTube video and told me to do it myself and i ended up stabbing myself, they then said they cant do it because it would be a liability but if you work at a car shop you should know how to do these things 0/10 horrible experience the one 3201 50th street was great help and did it without any problems

Horrible customer service! The staff have zero clue on what they’re doing. Clearly this job isn’t for them and they’re rude. Very unprofessional, and I won’t be coming back.
Terrible customer service, no proficiency at all, these people have no clue what they’re doing, so rude and lazy!! Worst customer service of my life!! I won’t be coming back to this horrible place.
