Elizabeth, Joseph, Daniel were all amazing and knowledgeable. Joseph noticed me coming up with my battery on a cart and opened the door for me. He then tested the battery while Elizabeth swiftly checked if it was still on warranty. Since it was and it was tested broken Elizabeth was kind enough to swiftly switch them out. I just had to stand there. Daniel recommended the installation kit (super cost effective and nessisary) I was in and out in less time it took for me to write this.
Went to Lubbock to fix a mother-in-law's car and Taylor took care of us today with tools we needed to do the job. We are very appreciative of the awesome person she is and the customer service we received. Thank you.
Went to replace my wife's battery, ended up doing it in the parking lot and they supplied all tools and help.
