I want to give a huge shoutout to Manager Ron for going above and beyond. While my wife and daughter were at the Shell gas station, their car wouldn’t start—and no one offered to help. Ron happened to be nearby, returning from lunch, and immediately stepped in. He used his own jumper cables to get the car started, then invited them to come across the street so he could take a closer look. Amazing experience I called the store to see if they had a part I needed the dude could not find it he told me he apologized that you cannot find the part like 10 minutes later he calls me back and tells me that he is found the part and I can come pick it up so I come and pick it up and then when I get there I get greeted by manager or someone but he was very informative help me out help me out with questions and taught me a few things about mechanics so I just want to leave a five-star review for this store
