I needed help putting windsheild wipers on and the young man came out to help. He was a lifesaver!
Christie at AutoZone provided absolutely phenomenal customer service! She helped me find the correct replacement bulb for my license plate light and even installed it for me, despite it being almost closing time. She never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience—she handled everything with such a gracious attitude and a genuine willingness to help. I had such a great experience with Suzanne M. at AutoZone. My check engine light had come on, and I went in honestly expecting that I might have to spend hundreds of dollars on a catalytic converter. Went to return something told the guy many times store credit I don’t have the original card anymore. Over and over he ignored and goes oh well it went back on the original payment. So that’s us out of 60 bucks guy didn’t even try! We had our number and receipt he looked us up with our number and still couldn’t even just try. Like he didn’t even remotely care
