Terrible customer service experience. I placed an order online for pickup. I checked the status and the order was ready for pickup. I head to the store and then am told they told stock the motor oil I ordered. No apology. No sorry for making you come to the store. The representative was acting like he was doing me a favor for refunding my money. Absolutely unacceptable for them to mark the order as ready for pickup and not have the product. Talked me out of buying tools I needed. Ended up buying them from neighbor auto store cause fix didn't work. Nice folks. Would go back
Sister went in on Friday to get parts for her car. Skinny guy at register was very rude to her. She wasn't even in there 5 minutes when she came out. Very upset. If you don't like your job or you can't show great customer service then go find another job. Too bad she didn't get his name. Guy had a beard and was thin. He mumbled something to her as she walked out. This was Friday, September 25th 2026.
Excellent service, Suzanne helped me pick out and replace my battery and checked my starter and alternator!
