So I showed up to pick up a battery which I purchased online. This was their top of the line battery they sold for the C8 Corvette. When I walked in the gentleman who helped me informed me one level lower, and actually was preferred for my car. Even though this battery is more than $100 less, we talked me into getting this one knowing I would be happier and saved $100. Great customer service!!!
Service was great, some parts good. Had 2 fan clutches go out in less than 2 weeks old. Got me broke down out on the road middle of nowhere. Least mobile mechanic got me going. Dura last parts should be called don't last. Not happy and will return the new clutch for my money back
Because of one staff member that have such a negetive impact on me I will never buy parts here again. I admitted to her I made the mistake, she continued to berate and belittle me at ever turn. From now on I will be buying parts at O'Reily.
Sonia helped us so much today, came in with no idea on where to look for new bolts for my tire. The first guy we talked to said that I had to find it myself. However, Sonia took her time to look it up on the computer and find the pieces that we needed in the back. Her customer service was great, she needs a raise!!!
