One trip to this Autozone ends up being 3. Every time my husband has been in they have sold him the wrong part and even in one case the wrong tool. First it was the alternator, then the rear brake line, then the O2 sensor and they sold him the wrong tool for the sensor. Not to mention each time he goes to take the wrong part back they give him crap about it and don't want to exchange it for the right one. After being 30-yr satisfied customers of Autozone/AutoShack in 3 states, this store has managed to destroy everything we thought we knew about this business, to the tune of over $3000.00. We no longer view them as a reputable business.
