My truck almost didn't start over at NAS. Bo and Kevin tested my battery, confirmed it was bad, got me a new one, and Kevin installed it for me. They came in clutch a few days before I had to drive up to Austin. Thank you!!
I came in with a blinker day light out that I had no idea how to change and I was assisted by Jack Q,. Not only did he change the bulb for me, he took the time to fix my headlight cover that came off. Exceptional service from a really nice dude Thank you Jack!
If I could put 0 stars, I would. Most unhepful, rude people I’ve ever encountered in an auto parts store. I will not be returning. I came in with my boyfriend to try and see if they could charge up our battery for us or if we could just buy a new one, there were 2 older gentleman and they acted like we were completely INCONVENIENCING them. Especially the one with longer hair that “greeted” us, if you can even call it that. I wish I had gotten their names but I was so pissed off I just left.
Stopped by for some push pin clips ....👍
