Usually pretty good in assisting customers to acquire their products . This store is more expensive in some products than other leading mechanic auto products. Clerk had difficulty in locating my rewards acct which would have show my warrenty on battery So autozone did not honor warranty on battery. Needless to say I went to Walmart and bought a brand new battery for under 100.00 with a 2 year warrenty and the old core battery was also accepted at Walmart without difficulty. The sales person, by the name a Scott. Order a part that they did not have on stock. Told me it was gonna be there between 8 and 10 o'clock. The next day and it was right on time, very pleased
