Shoutout to Richard! He’s amazing, tested our check engine light & explained what the diagnostic meant! He also tested our battery when we brought up a concern we had, turns out we needed a new one. He even installed it for us! Thank you so much Richard, saved our day!
Richard was absolutely amazing he came out to my apartment to remove my car battery and charge it back at the shop. They don’t normally offer this service but he went above and beyond to make sure I’d be okay along with my car. Please give this man/guardian angel a promotion+raise.
