Charity and the hefty fella in commercial were very very helpful and communicative, but Alex, and the old guy with the hunch on the consumer side were both a peice of work. Alex IMMEDIATELY walked away from me when i came in the door and just completely disappeared. I was in a hurry and these jokers wasted my time. Kudos to Charity for at least being polite and helpful, she went above and beyond. The rest of the crew could learn a thing or two from her
I came in with a battery that was bad but still under warranty. The battery was swapped out with no problem. Arnes was the employee that changed my battery out in my vehicle. Hats off to Arnes for doing a great job. He was very professional and kind. Thank you Arnes for a job well done
