Called for a price quote and the guy on the phone gave me horrible attitude I would DEFINITELY not shop here 1/10
The only helpful, pleasant, well-informed associate is the young lady with curly brown hair. The manager at this location is incredibly rude, argumentative, and arrogant. I ordered a part to be delivered next-day shipping but FedEx dropped the ball. Mgr tried to argue that I could not buy another part and proceed with a return of the online order because his inventory would be off count, by one whole part!! Can't imagine how he would ever correct that massive inventory snafu!! So he refused to help me get the part and hung u... read more
