I’m writing this review as I wait for my installation of my new battery. Decker at the Autozone on Aloma was such a great help. She knew exactly what questions to ask, she was personable and super nice. Not that it matters, but it was comforting as a woman to be helped by another woman who knows more about this stuff than I do!!
I've been to this location several times for different parts and services. The only negative experience I had was from one employee who claimed my tail lights had a faulty wiring problem and gave me a business card to a mobile mechanic. I went across the street to O'Reilly's and the workers there determined my lights were just switched to the wrong location, no wiring issues or mechanics needed. July 11 2025.Around 3pm I have to get ideas for my car ac is not working, I asked to young guy for Help and he asked to other guy, He told me to he can't help me. We don't check for customers car,I never have a problem with this store. That man needs to be retraining by company.
Great time, had excellent help from Harry at 3260! Got a battery that was a bit faulty when installed, we checked out a new one, made sure it worked before install, then checked during install and he made sure I was good to go across the board before leaving. 10/10 thanks guys
