Hector showed compassion to actually find out why my car kept turning off. He did every diagnostic that could possibly show where the problem was. It was the gas cap to my car. He explained it all to me. He didn't just sell me the cap He went out in the dead of the heat. Cleaned it all off before putting the new one on so that my car can run safely for both me & my daughter. What the best part is Hector smelt the gas and he stuck to that answer.
