I'm severely disabled and this is the only Auto Zone that will not help me install cabin air filter. Bending over can cause me to pass out. When I told them I'm disabled they still refused. Had them void my transaction and went to another Auto Zone and they were happy to help me. So I you require assistance DO NOT come to this store. The arrogance the staff showed me when they refuse to assist me was unreal. Same day I went to the one on first Street they were all too happy to help me.
A lot parts
this place has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I go inside to get a wheel lock key and I asked one of the employees for help and instead of her helping me, she sends someone to help me who doesn’t know where they are and then when he gets to the wheel locks I told him which one I needed and he acted like I was an idiot.
Previous review was deleted, was here yesterday and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. Rolling of the eyes , huffing under the breath, with rude tone of voice about anything that was asked. Disappointed with this location.
