Nick help this poor Alaskan who has never had to recharge his AC in his car lol helped me pick out the exact one that I needed without upselling me on some expensive one that I didn't need. And then he even brought me outside and pointed out to me how to do it since he can't actually do it for me. Thank you Nick!
Nick was awesome at the Winter Garden store. Very helpful in trying to help me with the next steps I needed to take to get my issue resolved...after Firestone in Winter Garden tried to rip me off after waiting almost 4hrs with an appointment and did absolutely nothing.
Hi, this is the first time I’ve ever gone to Auto zone.I find the atmosphere to be quite refreshing. There’s a young man at this location named Nikola. I feel that he goes above & beyond customer care service. He was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I feel that he is a great access to this company & really knows his stuff It would be a disappointment if he were to ever leave.
Leo was so awesome. I went in for a new headlight and wipers, and even though they couldn’t replace the bulb here, he helped me find what I needed. He swapped my wipers and went out of his way to make sure my windshield was clean and go to go. Really so nice to have a place in town you can pop in for help anytime. Thanks Leo!
I needed help with my car, and Nick and Maria were excellent! From the moment I walked into the store until I left, I received outstanding service. I highly recommend this store. Because of this level of customer service, I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you very much!
