Came in to get a new battery installed. I met with Jose Matteo who provided great customer service and assisted with installing my new battery for my car. Truly appreciated. Thank you Jose.
Very disappointing customer service at AutoZone. I asked an employee named Lester if there were any additional discounts available, and his response was extremely rude and dismissive. He said, “No, there are no more discounts, and my name is Lester,” in a very disrespectful tone. I understand that not every discount is available to every customer, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that. Jonathan best advice you should treat your customers better. Your customer service Skillz suck. They are better ways to handle situations.
John was the absolute worst waited asked for help gave me attitude so I left what I needed and walked out.
