My engine warning light came on as I was leaving a place on Cleveland Street so I pulled into Auto Zone for some help. The lady behind the counter was there to help me, her name was "Destiny" and she was very professional and courteous, she also had a wonderful attitude and a great smile. She checked my vehicle with a "OBD" sensor and informed me one of my spark plugs was bad. She even printed out the dialog on which one was not working properly. I was having trouble finding the receipt for my battery warranty and Jadon was great. He got everything sorted out and helped get me a new battery. He even waited after I needed to go back home and come back to grab something.
