Customer service here is terrible and gross looking. The man that helped me looked like he had not showered for months...with nails longer than mine. It grossed me out so I walked out. Corporate needs to look into this one.

I was on my way to work and stopped by store 4851 and Shawn C. Helped replace my car battery. Although he was sick and coughing he was able to get the job done fast. I appreciate all the help that he’s given, he’s an extraordinary employee who deserves recognition for being able to work so hard while he isn’t feeling his best.
