Old guy named Fred blew off because he didn’t want to climb the ladder to get my fan belt.
I visited the Auto Zone in New Smyrna beach, Jonathan saw me struggling to figure out what size wiper blades I needed. He said let me look it up for you and then installed them for me. Excellent service from this young man. We were very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness.
Michelle and Tracy at the commercial desk are very knowledgeable and will help you find those "hard to find parts". Always pleasant on the phone and get your parts out in a timely manner.
This is definitely my parts store going forward after the service I got today from the gentleman working.
