This is definitely my parts store going forward after the service I got today from the gentleman working.
Riley and Greg A. were awesome.I needed help replacing my car battery and had a really difficult time getting it out. They took turns working on it and never gave up. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service!
We were at Auto Zone in Edgewater today to see why the battery light was on and Cisco saw the air conditioner belt was off. Cisco and Mindy worked almost 2 hours helping get the belt on. We are so thankful for them because we would still be there. There needs to be more people like that because they didn't have to do that because that isn't their job. It lets you know that there is still caring people out there.
Went to Auto Zone today for some wipers. Last trip there. I will go to Advance Auto Parts right next door (shared driveway) for all future purchases. Not busy when I went. One customer ahead of me. When the short, bald gentleman with a long white pony tail was done he asked me "what do you want?" I thought it rude, but everyone has a bad day. this store is my favorite autozone in all of volusia county Michelle and tracy are the most helpful autozone employees ive ever had the pleasure of working with highly recommend
