Ordered parts online waiting 3hrs for email back to pick up. Went to store only to find out parts I ordered that were supposed to be in stock are not available the store was a total mess. The guy that cashed me out all he did was whine about how bad the system is there having things online saying they’re there and not there. I won’t be going back to that AutoZone.
It was the same as any other Auto Zone store. The store rep was very helpful and she was able to find a product I needed when I didn't see it on the shelf in the store.
Stopped by AutoZone on August 6 around 6:44 PM, and the lady working at the counter was absolute class. She was super calm, professional, and kept a genuine smile on her face the entire time she helped me out. Really made the whole visit smooth and easy. Appreciate the great help!
Not enough staff on duty and the ones who were working weren't particularly helpful or knowledgeable.
