Poor communication. I ordered a part on a Saturday, was told it was supposed to arrive at the store on Sunday. I followed up Sunday and they told me it would arrive Monday. I went there on Tuesday and the part was never ordered. If they had placed the order in the first place or tried to look up my part on Sunday instead of guessing I wouldn't have been held up for 4 days. Instead of replacing the order I spent the extra $10 and bought it through NAPA who actually got it to me the next day.
