I went yesterday to get some help with my car battery, I was waiting in the line and there were a bunch of employees talking between them and none took the time to help me. I just walked out from there. It is a nice place to get supplies for the car, but the customer service is garbage.
Just walked out of the store after coming in to repurchase the same item I had bought here before. There were a huge number of employees gathered together. I was acknowledged, but they treated me like I was a chore for them, not a human being seeking customer service. Last year, the employee who helped me was warm, offered input and support to install my purchase. The place is nice, but the employees are very rude. Imagine I bought oil in the oil filter in order for them to give me the deal that they have posted online. I have to argue with them for over 10 minutes to get it and they still gave me the wrong oil filters When I went back to exchange the oil filters they gave me hell it’s more than less than the guy was telling me if you don’t like the service, you can go if yourself.
