Great customer service on 76th . There was a sales rep name naji she was very helpful and respectful . She greeted me the moment I walked through the door . She went and got everything I needed not only that she help me with everything to my car . Great location
Love this place, till my last visit. The manager had a bad attitude because I ask for the worker come out for 1 minute to tell which back light is out. But I guess it was close to closing time (8:30) pm. But she did finally let the young man come to assist me. So they do deserve the 3 Stars.
Loretta was incredibly helpful and patient! Even early on a Saturday morning, she was pleasant, positive, and welcoming. She helped me get a starter for my Chrysler 200 and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. She truly provided outstanding customer service. Thank you, Loretta!
Excellent service. Jimmy was super helpful and replaced my battery for me after purchase. Highly recommend!
