Ricky Mitchell (the store manager) is THE GUY. I needed my back-up battery replaced on my 2018 Volvo. He found out the exact battery I needed even after realizing the system failed to show the correct one for my model. He was such a gentleman and so kind. AND he knows what he’s doing!!! You just don’t see customer service like this anymore. I really hope Auto Zone realizes the importance of customer service and truly rewards the employees that go that extra mile.
