Everything i go in get told by employee they cant help me as they scroll on Facebook driving to a different store in the future
When I’m there it’s all good. Great customer service. Very helpful. But no one ever answers the phone or if you are on hold they never get back on the phone. In there defense, they are always extremely busy so.. it is what it is. But who wants to travel all the way across town for a question?
