I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I have come here several times to buy parts for my vehicle, and unfortunately my interactions with Nina have not been positive. Today I came in to get a part for my car. I greeted her, but she did not respond and continued handling other things. I stood there for more than a minute before she finally asked how she could help me. When our car had a problem, Jacob and the rest of the team all helped out with suggestions and even came out to take a look. Great staff
Excellent customer service at this location!!! Gio and Ray were super helpful today when I came in with a very corroded battery and needed a replacement for battery and the cable. They helped me find a mechanic in the neighborhood to help do the replacement since I didn't have the tools to do it myself. Saved me a lot of stress and money! Thanks guys!!!
