Came in to get my windshield wipers installed, and the worker was kind and ready to help me, but his manager made him stop because supposedly I didn’t buy the windshield wipers from AutoZone, even though I actually purchased them from another location. I will never step foot in this place again!
I ordered parts Thursday, for Friday delivery. 10 am Friday pkg not picked up by carrier. 4:30pm pkg not picked up by carrier. 4:41pm pkg deliver Saturday, not picked up by carrier. This is the worst service when people need parts to fix their cars. I have missed 2 days of work plus Saturday depending on when or if it gets here. I want my $ back.
The staff here are incredible. Saved me money by suggesting cheaper wiper blades that performed the same as the more expensive ones, and insisted on changing the blades for me.
