My girlfriend needed a new car battery and I called in to ask about their free battery testing and installation. Juan answered my call and was very knowledgeable with all my questions! We went in an hour before close and he was able to get it replaced straight away! Every time I go I'm always helped!!! With a smile on their face. The guy that helped me today was Jonathan...he was fantastic. Knew his stuff!
I’ve only been here a couple times, and both times I had incredible customer service. Today, I came for batteries quickly, as I was clocked in at work needing batteries for kitchen necessities. The four gentlemen seemed eager to help me, from the stockers to the cashiers. Fast, reliable, and genuine service is something I strive for when I work and these gentlemen nailed it perfectly.
Don't feel bad if you feel invisible at this location. Don't expect to hear "hi welcome to AutoZone is there anything we can help you with today?" In these end times the lost are numerous. Pray for those who curse and persecute you. The path is narrow. The separation of the wheat and tare is at hand.
Horrible customer service from employees!! Very unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Even though store was supposed to be open For another 45 minutes they wouldn't ring us out cause they'd already closed their drawers down. Then why still doors open for customers to co e in??!!
