Horrible customer service from employees!! Very unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Even though store was supposed to be open For another 45 minutes they wouldn't ring us out cause they'd already closed their drawers down. Then why still doors open for customers to co e in??!!
Absolute angels. I came in asking for advice after a different Autozone refused to help me, and this location personally showed me the tools I needed and helped me install a battery I purchased through them. I don't know what I would've done wothout their help. A+ customer service, I'm definitely coming here in the future for any auto-related purchases I need.
No customer service… I just needed to ask a yes or no question… Do they carry hydraulic oil… But the guy inside just kept taking one phone call after another instead of taking care of people who drove into the store, I wasn’t the only one waiting. The only other guy working was outside working on a car and when I asked him if they carried it, he said ask someone inside… I said they are too busy on the phone, his response… Oh well.
