The nighttime crew tonight (September 15) went above and beyond to help me fix a stubborn taillight with a stuck screw.
I had an excellent experience at AutoZone Store #740 thanks to Charles. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Charles used the diagnostic device to help determine what was wrong with my vehicle and quickly identified a crankshaft position sensor issue. What really stood out was how genuinely excited he was to help. He and his coworkers were practically competing to see who could be the first to use the diagnostic device and figure out the problem. Bass and Sean went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed and replaced our battery. It was not an easy change either, it was covered in corrosion and they did everything they could. I highly recommend this location.
No shame though the store smells. Right after walking in, although helpful employees. I am currently awaiting on a part for my vehicle that hasn't arrived yet. They said "Same Day Arrival". -
